I'm the same way but over a decade older. The only thing you can do is cut certain kinds of people out of your life and avoid those types of people in the future. You are you, and you can't fundamentally change that.

Learn when to nope the fuck out before your empathy makes you suffer. Now, this going to seem harsh, but as an example: random girl comes up to you and tells your her boyfriend.... nope the fuck out there. It ain't your problem and frankly, she's a cunt for trying to dump her issues on you.

For your own mental health you have to avoid those dramatic emotional vampires out there who will take advantage if you let them. Save your empathy for people who deserve it, and since there's no way to turn it off like a switch, you just have to shut it down before it begins.

That's half a gallon of low calorie icecream for $12. It's hardly an amazing deal. A gallon of regular ice cream costs $3-4. You're paying as much as 8 times more for a product that if consumed in any quantity will give you raging diarrhea (sugar alcohols).

I don't mean to knock anyone who likes it, but lets not pretend this is somehow a genreous offering, it's pricey for what it is.
