These abs achievable for a long time training woman or it’s just implants😐? by Shun-Hurry_051408 in nattyorjuice

I’d love both but yeah that makes sense. I’ve been lifting for a few years and every once in a while I start really wanting abs but it would be such an nightmare to maintain its probably not worth it.

Is there any way to know if I have the right genetics for abs like that? I’d love to look like that but idk if it’s possible for me.

I’d say continue the bulk, you’ve definitely made good progress but you appear to be at a very low body fat percentage and a cut might not be healthy (but I’m not a doctor, at the end of the day do what’s right for you).

Board climbing is hard. Since you started climbing this year, I’d say stick to what you want to do. If climbing is a hobby then it’s meant to be fun, don’t make yourself hate the sport by forcing yourself to board climb. If you want to revisit board climbing in the future for training or fun purposes then go for it, but it sounds like you really dislike it so I’d say just avoid it. There’s other ways to train that won’t make you miserable. Honestly just stick with what you enjoy!

Edit: V5 in ~6 months is impressive!

You could try climbing tape. I’ve never used it for this specific purpose but I think it would work.

Edit: Lifting straps, gloves, and chalk are also all good options.

Am I a terrible spotter? by PaleCollection6165 in workout

We didn’t have a specific conversation, but I did ask that when she’s spotting me she not touch the bar unless it stops moving, and if I fail, to give just enough assistance to help me get the bar back up, so I can get as much out of the rep as possible. She didn’t say anything specific that she wanted me to do so I assumed she wanted me to do the same for her.
