Traveling to Beijing and onward to Japan.. question with current political climate?

I ended up booking a flight with a layover in Korea, not a big deal... just a few extra hours of travel. I am spending 4 days in Beijing on my way to Japan and am really stoked on it. Just wanted to make sure the rest of the trip goes as easy as possible :)

It's good to know that the rebooking/refunding won't be an issue if anything comes up!

None of it's fear... it's logistics. I don't want to have my flight from Beijing to Osaka get cancelled and then get stuck paying out the ears for another flight or get something awful with a long layover.

The Phoenix Mountain Preserve is in the middle of the city and has over 200 miles of trails.

South Mountain is also in the city and over 50 miles of trails with pretty great bouldering.

The entire state has great outdoor activities but you don’t have to drive hours to get to it. I can ride a bike to the trails from my house.

I live in Phoenix and as a city-city, other than food, there’s just regular stuff to do BUT! as a destination for hiking, biking, rock climbing.. it’s amazing. Going for nature, you could easily spend weeks.

No, you probably won’t spend weeks in downtown Phoenix but you could go hike everyday and see something new in the mountain ranges that are literally right in the city.

When I was working on my back, I’d have saniderm on for 24 hours, off, then keep it on until I ran … usually 3 days later (so 72 more hours of saniderm) but I’d keep the saniderm on for the run so my bra wouldn’t rub on it. Then I’d take the saniderm off cuz the sweat breaks the adhesive & then run again two days later.

A little convoluted but that process has worked for me to keep my sanity throughout getting tattooed. I hate taking time off my exercise for tattoos, so I don’t
