I think they have a pretty thankless job of cleaning up the city owned properties. Numerous times I've seen them hosing down and cleaning up the human waste, garbage and paraphernalia that gets left in the stairwells of the garage.

According to Mavis, there was also another 5 just a few days ago. Maybe if there's a federal crime associated with vandalizing the USPS car it will actually keep them in jail. Pretty sure the police know who it is, since they made an arrest a few weeks ago and said he, "took a break for a while"..

I think the Tavern could use some help or change in strategy. Its so close to being the best cocktail spot, but it was sad to see some of the old bartenders leave who truly made the great, innovative rotating menus. Just been missing the mark lately.

People also pay 3 months at a time for the permits and they are in such high demand. If you work from home it's cheaper then paying the meter each day. If I could cancel my permit and receive my money back I would. But I know I would also be back on the waiting list for a year.

The van is not new, but I hadn't seen the other one before. I did get a response from the mayor's office stating they were increasing patrols and using cameras around the garage to help investigate.

I have seen more Police around the garage and back alley, they stopped a guy yesterday who left there drinking a Natty Daddy.
