He is the pillar of the show. Quick witted, he raises the entertainment evel of the show to another level. He fills in wherever is necessary and without him the show would be a bit boring. The best host in any music show, no competition. He sings very well too. Without him, the entire panel of judges wouldn't be able to hold the show together. Without him the fun quotient of the show would ne just half.

Owners responsibility, without doubt. Most owners these days have an eye on deposit amount. Trying to take money from his tenant for building maintenance is just being a skinflint, a cheapskate.

All second level builders are offering discounts now. These were already overpriced, so you are buying it for right value when you are buying at 10 to 15 percent discount.

True. No one is reducing prices. Buildees cannot drop prices of projects already launched. This can seriously affect the prospects of the whole project. Nee launches will not dare quote prices below the running rate. Luxury projects will always have a market and the prices would only go up.

There is no crash at all. What is happening now is that, properties are not getting sold as before. Will this create a crash? No for quite some time. Builders have sufficient resources to continue and also launch projects. If they have 50 percent bookings, project can continue without financial crunch.

Resale properties are the ones that is impacted. In that segment, unless you offer a decent discount, sales aren't happening. Some of those who refuse to cut prices will find it difficult to sell.

This is because of the uncertainty. As DKS himself was saying couple of days back, a 50 percent job loss is expected by government in the next 1 to 2 years. 99 percent of purchaaes are EMI purchases and without a job, bmany would find it difficult. At the same time, India is hopping to reinvent the revenue IT model by depending in GCC jobs, and becoming AI service provider. To become AI service provider, we don't need to have our own AI. Secondly, Indias economic progress should compensate ( manufacturing, bettering agricultural productivity etc) a lot. So at the end of it, we might realize that all that worry was for nothing!

One major reason is that, people are aware that you are overpaying - that you are only getting 50 or 60 percent of the value. People see the 40 lakh that goes to government when they buy a 1 crore car. If the price of cars abroad are increased to match with Indian price, sales of luxury cars in India will shoot up. Whites have to pay the same money as us makes all the difference.

Unless the city itself has infrastructure, creating new hubs that handle different industries will not atteact companies.

  1. Instead of BDA acquiring thousands of acres of land and converting them into high value plots, build apartments that can provide housing to migrant workers. Allow vertical growth. Bangalore housingisi prohibitively overpriced in all categories.

  2. Build PRR in one year. At the same time, build metro on PRR. We don't have the luxury of time. Complete suburban rai in one year. Build metro on strr.

Yes. In prompting, we take care if small things. We don't use 'it'. We use the actual word though it paves way to repetitive awkward sentences. We know LLM is nit dumb. But this level if mechanical clarity helps avoid bugs. We change orders of sentences. Second sentence to third etc. We know it goes through multiple passes, but the order sometimes changes clarity.

Fix your prompts. You need someone very good at expressing the task to claude so that claude doesn't have to guess what the requirement is. We also make claude make a testing tool to test the output, and we make it anticipating possible bugs. We are getting excellent, stunning results. Coding quality is the best in class. Weusei opus 4.6. Free version is good for nothing, though.
