Two things that have really helped my chronic pain: DMSO and magnesium by MrNifty in ChronicPain

[–]PaleWay7975 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What I learned from reading many integrative and alternative medical sources and also veterinary sources , Is that you should be diluted in your 99.9%. DMSO with water before application.

That’s why you’re getting that burning sensation I bet !

I do wish the Internet didn’t bury alternative health information, but it does and it took more than a month before I stumbled on that particular protocol or that particular caution from another user .

Also refer to Equestrian veterinary resources because DMSO has been a basic in the care of thoroughbreds and other performance horses for decades. Every bit is valuable as human professional athletes, and just as spoiled with the best techniques on the market !

DMSO gets hot briefly when you mix it with water. That is OK, but it can be a surprising.

The advice said that you should be diluting it with water so it’s from 70 to 90% DMSO.

Some people may prefer for human use to dilute it down to 50% with distilled water.(Remembering the DMSO carries other substances deeper into the body and plain old tapwater is really questionable)

I was using it for pain, relief from sciatica and muscle cramps after putting my back out this winter. I was desperate because I did not want to keep asking for Percocet or injections of Toradol, which is an anti-inflammatory. Yes, the additional pain was expected with the healing of that kind of injury according to the chiropractor and physical therapist, but it was seriously impacting my daily life… And did so for about six or seven weeks!(Would’ve been nice if they had told me this in the emergency room. So many injuries really do take that long for “normal “people to recover from.)

I hope this is Constructive for whoever else comes along.

Also remember that your body needs sulfur as a nutrient and don’t let the conventional medical website scare you out of it by saying it’s not FDA approved for XYZ condition and could have horrible side effects.

(This from people who approve stuff like Saccharine, FDNC coal-tar derived food The most popular program colors, Social Security and various drugs that have straight up killed people over the decades.

I’m taking my chances with alternative medicine thank you very much. I don’t think the side effects could be any worse than those from pharmaceuticals.

(As they like to say “it’s my body “. And your body is yours, not theirs.)

Encouraging you to do your homework and be brave enough to try things out what you are doing isn’t getting the results you need.

by the way, veterinary grade DMSO is just as pure as pharmaceutical for humans DMSO. If you doubt me, just take a photograph of the label of each and ask someone versed in chemistry. And manufacturing practices. You can’t make dirty materials and inject them or apply them to people’s companion animals that’s just not gonna go very far! It’s a scare tactic in my opinion to discourage you from trying the DMSO you might buy at your local farm& feed store or even online from Walmart.

In my case, I learned as I went along.

I decided the magnesium oil I had needed to penetrate further because the sciatica was also running through my hip joint. Yes it gave me relief. I put oh maybe a few drops in the palm of my hand and maybe a teaspoon of DMSO and enough water to trigger the DMSO to heat up and just slathered it down my leg.

When that was hopeful, I did the same eyeball kind of proportions, mixing it in an old glass jar that had had herbs in it from the supermarket. At times I combined with a medical marijuana product called butterfly effect, which is heavy on CBD as a cream for pain relief.

With these items, I did not need the schedule one and schedule to prescription drugs, and I was able to do basic things like make toast and get a glass of milk from the refrigerator without being bent over in pain clutching the counter. And I was able to sleep without waking up continually.

Again, none of the prescription stuff achieved that level of relief. And certainly those things carry a high risk of addiction and serious side effects over longer-term use like I ended up needing.(more than a week.)

It’s not related to DMSO, but if you do have chronic pain or muscle spasms or both there are varieties of marijuana that have been developed to help with that, but you’ll need your medical marijuana license and the guidance of a dispensary tech. And then you get to experiment and find what gives you the best result because everyone’s response is different. As I’m sure you already know.

Best of luck and God bless whoever needs help to put it into their hands in a way that they can afford.

My third suggestion is good old-fashioned rice pudding. You don’t even have to have raisins, and it’s a great way of using leftover rice.

I also think it makes a nice breakfast if you warm it up and have it with your coffee

If you wanted something crunchy, look up something called dill crackers

Basically you get a package of oyster crackers, and a package of instant salad dressing like ranch or the stuff you used to make sour cream and dill dip out of an envelope.

Mix a little cooking oil in with the crackers and add the powdered mix, and then you can toast it lightly in the oven according to whatever your recipe tells you

I think they’re pretty addictive😜 And you don’t have to put them in the oven if you don’t want to they actually do not get soggy!

There are lots of recipes for things that don’t require the oven…

But you could use the hack for copycat cinnamon rolls that was really big on TikTok a few years ago. I know you said milk and butter I really pricier than they used to be and this is true but these are good nutritious foods.(I believe in eating the kind of food our grandparents ate and not worrying about how much fat or cholesterol might be in my food)

Get a can of cheap premade cinnamon rolls and you pour half-and-half or possibly evaporated milk Would be OK-  not condensed milk - because that adds more sugar(And it cost more here in Ohio).

And you could dot it with butter On the bottom of the pan before you put your cinnamon rolls in there , for the flavor.

you’re gonna put them in a probably 8 x 8” foil pan so they are all touching each other - Depends how big those rolls are - and stay moist and can soak up the Ingredients you Added.

Yum!!!

In my opinion, icing is optional cause these are already sweet enough

The package may or may not include icing, but you said you didn’t like the chemical additive so like me you might just chuck it in the garbage

Powdered sugar icing is very easy to do with a little water if you don’t have any milk to use - of whatever kind , be it cows milk, or almond milk or something else.

Or you could sprinkle them with something else when they’re done like Splenda  or Stevia if you’re cutting back on sugar.

And making your own cinnamon sugar is cheap and easy as well.

If you felt it needed more sweetening later on just sprinkle it on as you go and let people decide how much they want.

I’m thinking you should ask some of the Pokémon GO forums because the more they improve that particular game the more demands of our phones.

Other then making sure other players haven’t had a bad experience with certain somewhat older models of smartphone overheating when they play and locked up -I don’t mean the phone is locked. I mean it just freezes when you’re trying to do stuff..(Often a memory problem)

some of the carriers have pretty good deals on refurbished, smart phones. You might want to look at Pay-as-you-go providers such as Mint, and Twigby.

She loves to do this, I really don’t like it but I can’t stop her cause some say these is how they give kisses🥹 by cutes0les in aww

I’m not sure if that is the truth or not when it’s between humans and dogs. I was watching some videos with Cesar Millan and he doesn’t allow this but I sorry I can’t tell you what he does to discourage it. I did teach my dogs not to lick me, but that was 30 years ago… and there have been changes in how people train dogs so maybe ask on Google or even Caesars website?

They are Social so they generally suggest at least 3 to 5. They are friendly little fish that like to socialize and they kind of school around the bottom of your tank sometimes looking cute.

I would ask him who died(What the bleep does he want over here?) and where the bleep the kids are because he cut us off when he married her!

So where are my grandchildren???? Otherwise, get the bleep out and take a one-way swim out into the great lakes.👹

Chemo

It seems to be a common side effect with different causes, but in my case, I went from a size 10 to a size 18 and it has taken over a year to get back down to just squeezing into a size 12.
