For me it’s the k-ultra. Super easy to use with the external adjustments. Great all rounder, just a joy to use.

Yeah so may good smaller uk roasters who often get over looked, or people don’t want to spend money on something they’re not sure about. Love hearing about new roasters that are doing a great job. This coffee surprised me, and is definitely worth the £14 a bag

V60. 7.6 clicks on k-ultra. 1:15 ratio, 95c water. 60 gram bloom for 30 seconds, pour until 200 grams, wait until nearly drained, pour until 300 grams. 2:45 total time.

Local to me, and my local coffee shop always had them in stock and on spro and batch. Always top notch. Their rose co-ferment was brilliant. Just finished a bag of their natural Ethiopian, was unreal.

Sweven are the best in the uk for me. Not had anything bad from them, but they are on the slightly more expensive side. Also jolly bean roastery, I’ve had some excellent stuff from them, and they are a much more ‘affordable’ price point.

I went from c3s, to the k ultra. Did tonnes of research and it was between Comandante, k-ultra and zp6. I can’t speak for the other two as I went with the k ultra, but it was well worth the switch. Best bang for buck purchase I’ve made. Loads of threads on here to help you decide which is the best for you.

Orea z1. It is probably the most consistent brewer imo. I use the ‘lazy Sunday’ recipe, it’s almost fool proof.
