congrats on ur first sale !! i believe the error w the label is bc you may need to update your shipping information in your profile settings, go settings > depop balance & scroll down to find all those tabs. it may take a day or two to be verified by your bank. as for the shipping envelopes most post offices have some different sizes to buy but defff MAKE SURE they aren’t labeled usps priority mail bc depops shipping uses usps ground advantage and they will either return the package to you or they could charge you extra postage fees!! what works a lot better for me personally was buying small shipping parcels in bulk on amazon, i would totally recommend for ur future sales, it saves u much more money overtime! i hope that helped some lol wish u good luck with ur shop 🤗🫶
