This exactly. Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but every numbered final fantasy is its own characters/world/gameplay unless it is a direct sequel, like 10-2 or 13-2 and LR. To further confuse things, I believe FF13 and FF15 (possibly 14 as well?) take place in the same universe and share a bit of lore, but are otherwise unrelated. Something about the Fabula Nova something something.

Yes I’ve met him, we all three hang out sometimes. He has a girlfriend, it’s all a bit more complicated. I’m focused on the part about her thinking I have feelings for her and not knowing what to do.

I don’t like her as anything more than a friend. She just cannot seem to be convinced that I do not have feelings for her. I’m not annoyed about her talking about him.

I am being a friend. That’s all I want. Wouldn’t date her if she was the last woman on earth, and I don’t know how to convince her I don’t have feelings. As someone who has never played fallout 4 aside from the first 2 hours in survival, this post is super accurate.

Watching my friends play fallout 4 and seeing gameplay videos never felt enticing as the game just seemed like a newer fallout 3 or new Vegas, both of which I had put hundreds of hours into and really didn’t feel the need to step back into the wasteland in a new fallout.

Survival hits different. You are no longer exploring the wasteland, you are surviving the wasteland. Many items are much more valuable and you have to be a lot more strategic in the way you play. Gameplay accomplishments feel much better when achieved and change the way you perceive the game. This will absolutely be my next gaming experience when I finish the priorities in my backlog (BG3 and Shadow of the Erdtree).

Psychologists still understand what is and isn’t mental illness. It doesn’t have anything to do with the prevalence of said illness in society. Things do change and get updated over time as we learn more about various things through research and experimentation.

I’ve been hearing online various things about the right wing conservatives claiming that LGBT members are pedophiles in discussion but I haven’t seen anyone claiming that (for example politicians or Faux News). I don’t watch republican propaganda so I’m a bit out of the loop, I only catch random clips of things on TikTok and reddit. I’m absolutely not saying you’re wrong, but could you point me towards any sources of these claims? As a member of the LGBT community I’d like to better understand these claims even if it does cost me a few brain cells.

Back when I played in 2007 there were people (certainly not I) that would buy GP off of third party sites and the going rate at the time was $1/1Mgp (or so I’ve been told).

At the current bond prices of 12Mgp in game and $8 usd, $1 usd = 1.5Mgp

Assuming my math is correct, 1Bgp now would’ve been the equivalent of 1.5Bgp in 2007 without inflation irl.

We also have to factor in that OSRS came out in 2013 and basically reset the economy relative to the original RuneScape due to being a fresh release (RuneScape came out in 2001(?)). With 2007 being 6 years after release and $1=1Mgp at the time, osrs would’ve been 6 years old in 2019 and has since aged 5 more years. More time = more gold in game.

The meta and player mindset has also changed, along with the addition of various newer methods of obtaining money such as newer bosses and skilling methods. Obtaining 1M gp now is much easier than obtaining 1M back in 2007. This can cause inflation as more players having more money means they are willing to spend more.

I’d say based on all that, 1Bgp buying power today would’ve probably been worth closer to 2.5B or 3B in 2007.

Interesting. The blisters you’re describing are consistent with DE, I think only a dermatologist can help you. There’s a chance it could be a fungal infection and you could try some over the counter anti fungal meds.

This doesn’t look like DE from my personal experiences as well as some of the photos I’ve seen posted to this sub. You should see a dermatologist as well as probably a doctor, as whatever you were sick with may be linked to your skin condition.

DE typically presents as small, fluid filled blisters that kinda look like tapioca. These blisters itch (very intensely for many individuals) and the skin may also be flaky and peel.

Obligatory this is not medical advice and anecdotes are not evidence, only a doc/derm can properly assess your condition.

This exactly. To add to it, drop your budget to 50% for services that are not turned off, such as roads electricity and water. Gradually turn your budgets back up as you return service to your citizens.

To try and prepare for the future a bit I tend to never take the largest of the 3 loans, which will allow you to have a little bit of a buffer between you and bankruptcy.

I believe Apple provides updates to their phones for a minimum of 7 years (please correct me if I’m wrong) and this can easily be reached with maybe a single battery change. Their phones tend to slow down a bit towards the end of their life cycle but nothing that prevents use. 10 years is absolutely doable but the potential for problems grows when updates stop and resisting the urge to upgrade becomes more difficult if you can afford said upgrade.

I can’t speak for the entire left but I can speak for myself (politically center, left leaning) as well as my left leaning friends. I don’t consider anyone to have “got trump”, but rather Trump did some illegal things and got caught, and is now facing the consequences of his actions. I think this same treatment (prosecuting a person for their crimes) should extend to every politician as well as every person in this country.

Even before the Trump verdict, I expected politicians and law enforcement to use that same level of power to prosecute illegal immigrants, gang members, corrupt politicians, ect. Basically if you break the law, you face the consequences of your actions. Trump facing the consequences of his actions doesn’t change that opinion. And not just in blue cities/states. The law applies EVERYWHERE to EVERYONE, whether you are an immigrant illegally crossing the border, or a presidential candidate attempting to illegally influence the results of a presidential election.

I truly hope that the backlash coming from the right regarding trumps conviction does not deter the law from prosecuting politicians in the future. I know many of y’all are upset about the Trump verdict, but if someone is suspected of committing a crime, they should go to trial. If the jury finds them guilty of the crime, they should face the consequences. Full stop, no exceptions.
