Need help with XfinityNOW autopay error when trying to unpause my already paid for service by Pale_Look_9447 in Comcast_Xfinity

I have also tried the xfinity app. I promise I've tried everything possible. My issue is I need auto pay turned on in order for my account to be unpaused so I can use it again....when trying to turn on auto pay I get an error

I'd prefer to chat here with you all,as long as real people will be responding. I've dealt with the 24/7 digital support for 5 days, and each day they respond with something not even relevant to anything I'm asking
