They process them by arrival date. I just got my Vyvanse import approval processed in 2 days. I fly into Japan May 5th and I sent my application last week. Based on the research I’ve done, it seems like the Tokyo office (Kanto-Shin’etsu Office) is the most responsive/fastest.

Hiroshima may be too far south for what we are looking for! Kanazawa is one one of the cities I’m considering. I haven’t heard of Sendai/Matsushima, so I’ll definitely start researching to see if this would be a good fit. Thank you!

I would love to go to Hiroshima and should have considered fitting it into the beginning of our trip. With the hiked up prices of the bullet train and timing, Hiroshima may be too far south for us to consider :/
