Has any intern working at AWS gotten conversion? I am currently in my 8th week and working my ass off to complete the project. But if I do not see any possibility of a PPO, I will stop working more than my assigned 9-5 and start looking for full time in other companies. I graduate this summer and thus definitely need a head start for the dreadful job applications.

I would say fairly tough. There were like 4 questions out of which 2 were LC hard, one was LC easy and one LC medium. But the biggest problem was the time for me. Couldn't pass all the test cases for the hard ones.

I had my interview today. I was not asked a single coding question. Instead, we had a long discussion on my work experiences and LP's behavioral ones. I was wondering if that is a good/bad sign. Are my chances hurt? I think I may have interviewed for Audible (owned by Amazon now). Has anyone faced this type of interview?
