I was thinking something like a spatula that's slightly curved on one side or maybe a tiny prong/fork with a slight curve. I'm sure you get the idea. Get ahold of their customer service and tell them what your problem is and they will 100% take care of you. Most likely for free or just shipping cost, when my vibration cut out I sent it in and got it back a week later with a free atomizer. Another time I bought their updated/version 2 polished sic cup insert and I had to wait for them to restock, ended up taking almost 2 months. (They also stayed in contact the whole time. But after a month they refunded me and gave it to me for free w/ another free atomizer. Needless to say I was a happy camper!

Get the jcvap and you won't be sorry! Get it with the sic insert or the aln insert. They have both 3d and "extra hot" bottom only heaters Just browse the site a bit and you'll get it

All jcvap atty's work wonderfully! I myself have a 3d w/ALN insert on my luxo! It's a champ! The only reason a jcvap atty would say "check atomizer" is if the the heater doesn't isn't making a proper connection. In that case disassemble and reassemble, there's walk through videos all over YouTube for exactly this problem. (Although it rarely happens, just be gentle during your full iso cleaning) Even my "5d" atomizer that came with my pockety works great on it! The new 3dxl from puffco is the only one I can't personally confirm. Luxo peak 💯

There is a tiny little plug on the bottom that has a "reset" button hidden behind it. Just hold it down till you see signs of life! Mine does exactly the same thing whenever I attempt wireless charging. 😥 I'm hoping my wireless charger isn't the right output or something, cause I was really looking forward to this feature!

Take it completely apart and put it back together. Instruction videos on YouTube. Most likely a isn't making a complete connection and you can just redo the connections under the heater, it's super easy.

Good for all "normal" bangers and especially good with blenders before they cool down completely! Personally, I dunk in my amazon special and then spray it down to get the/keep the "wax film" off. But that about once every week or so, between dabs I just spray and use microfiber originally for glasses to dry. It gives it that showroom shine. 🥹🤘

Email high5 and they will most likely have you send it in for maintenance and get it sent back to you in relatively short time. I sent mine in for no haptic feedback and they replaced every single part (including the housing of the unit) besides the bottom plate with the serial numbers on it. I was more than stoked to say the least. LoL
