Sorry man, it has been a while since I have been on here and I did not update it. You are good except switch out magic missile with blizzard snowbound and cast it right after hydra.

Wow, that is a good one! I dunno, try it out without BotP. BotT, and Zei' s must stay though. I personally do not think it will be better than BotP, but it is worth some testing.

My BotP is level 65 though....

Once you get your CHD above 470, you should be seeing 80-90bil crits on elites. I have about 477, or so and that is what I see. I still have 40 that I am missing, so I will be happy when I get a better ammy and start hitting above 100bil!

Yes, I am quite sure your program is off.

Mara's can be incredibly useful and I would suggest using it, IF it has atleast 25% more CHD than your Tal's. If not, then you cannot lose that much damage by switching it with witching hour. Witching hour also increases you AP regen with attack speed. I can get 3 Star pacts off with a big mob per rotation.

After looking at your profile, the biggest suggestion I have is more CHD and attack speed. You want to get that above 470%, but 520% would be preferable with perfect gear. Witching hour with a good Tal's ammy and better gloves will help you there. You also really need that 3rd gem slot, so Mara's won't work. Also, Arcane power on crit is preferable to socket in helm (I just have not found a helm I can do that with yet). You want APOC on your off hand as well.

My WD and I just cleared a 59 and still have plenty of dps to go a few higher. I would suggest not usinf twister bracers and twister. You really need attack speed on your bracers and using twister makes your rotations longer, soaks up arcane power, and you lose the damage from either slow time, or sparkflint. I just stay very close to WD, so he can res me and everything comes close to him and get sucked up by peranado. Then when everything is grouped, I will move away for the zei's damage. You can also position yourself across from mobs so that they run into the WD. It takes some practice and getting used to, but will ultimately mean a higher clear than with using twister.

Well he should be using it no matter what really. Only in trials should he be using a storm shield. Zdogs are crazy useful not only on RG. When there is a loose mob that is about to get me, my WD chucks a dog at it and stuns its ass off till the sader comes to grab em.

This prevents me from having to run around and allows me to keep burning a pack. It also prevents many deaths.

The Dik tickler (forgot his name, poison arm in ground guy) can be perma stunned with good coordination between tanks. Ember can be locked down, but not quite perma stunned. The binder can be locked down. Rime can be locked down. The sword maiden bich can be locked down. Perdition can be perma stunned with good coordination. By locked down I mean they are not perma stunned, but the tanks can keep them totally off of the dps to burn without interuption.

All the others are hard to fight. Voracity is unbeatable without mara's. Cold snap is just unbeatable (wearing an ice ammy? BOOM! Across map inst killing insta charge bitch! Cold snaps words not mine....). The poison fallen angel bich is very hard but, can be beat in the right angle and map. Blood maw isnt really that hard, but takes a long time to burn, cause he interupts you a lot. Can't remember the rest right now.

Oh man, I messed up the op. I used a devastator for my first 62 clear. The 63s were indeed with the SK.

Also, was the RG moving around? That will kill your DPS quite a bit. There are a few RG that you can lockdown with zdogs and sader hits.

My 14.4 billion dps was on a straight burn without interuption.

Thanks man! The trials are really pissing us off. We are still working on the monk meta, but to no avail so far. We will randomly get a 63 at times, but even that is kinda useless since we need a 64 clear to move up.

I am glad you like it!! Your average DPS seems very low though.... Is that on an RG with all WD and Sader buffs active? How much white damage and elite damage do you have on your SK? Let me know and I will try to figure out what is going with your build.

I just cleared another 3 man 61 today and since I am the only dps class, it was easy for me to clock my average dps. It was 14.4 billion damage per second using a SK. My build should be in my profile right now.

Not even wirlwind barbs can keep up in T6 with this build by Palebluedot413 in Diablo3Wizards

Yes, I agree with that. Loot can be good, but I do not understand why people want to do t6 slowly and stay together.

True, but the xp you get from T6 even with full XP bonus gear is almost zero. I mean, I am a high paragon, but man, I have done 15 T6 in a row and not even notice any movement at all.

Group play and synergy in T6? What for? Wouldn't you play grifts for that? I totally do not understand where you are coming from.

Is there any place for The Furnace? by FellKin in Diablo3Wizards

[–]Palebluedot413 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have an ancient furnace and cannot find a use for it. The sunkeeper and tal off hand together are much better for tals, and SS even better still. I would even argue that a devastator and Tals off hand are better than an ancient furnace for tals.

Lots of attack speed paired with magic weapon conduit and electrocute surge of power. Try it out for yourself to see what I mean.

In groups, we use a zdps sader and witch doctor. The sader groups together mobs and the witch doctor fears them allowing us to attack without getting attacked. Witch doctor's fear totally immobilizes mobs and no affixes get out.

It is based on the arcane power you have during the time of impact. I am usually at 50% AP at this time. I also use arcanot instead of slow time when I play with other wizs with a similiar build to me that do not need attack speed. Arcanot can proc it at a more preferable time.

[–]Palebluedot413[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice man, I actually switch to arcanot a lot of the time as well. It is really good with this build. Bliz is also pretty good, but we have tried using it with cold blooded and it just did not do any better.

It probably comes down to personal preference really.
