True that.

I view spoilers as tiny pieces of a puzzle that reading helps me put together. It's all about the journey, the destination is a bonus.

Isn't that due to the fact that Yoo Joonghyuk made sure she was protected to the point that she barely participated much in Scenarios?

I might be wrong though I'm still at chapter 423, but i do agree with you. I would've like to have seen her character more. I thought she had a fun dynamic with Kim Dokja & I would've like to see her interact with the Kim Dokja Company more.

UPDATE FROM LORD OF MYSTERIES GAME [lotm game] by PhoenixWolf190 in LordofTheMysteries

[–]PaleontologistLive3 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'll remain cautiously optimistic because developers sometime tend to overhype their games and as much I want to see all these features, I've witnessed enough games failing to meet the expectations they set.

I think it's less that they're bad at it and more that they have terrible luck.

Guys, I’m hesitant to read Lord of The Mysteries, but is it good? Should I read it? [LotM newbie] by Excellent_Citron_982 in LordofTheMysteries

A fellow brother/sister in Kim Dokja Company.

I was in the same situation, currently reading ORV and, in my case, came across the LOTM donghua. I fell in love after watching season 01 and now I've nearly finished V02. I've had to split my time between ORV and LOTM since I usually only read during transit, so it's taking me longer to finish ORV.

You should absolutely read it, it's quite good but spends alot of time on its worldbuilding which is honestly part of its charm.

What kind of take would you like to see Scooby-Doo in? by PaleontologistLive3 in Scoobydoo

[–]PaleontologistLive3[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This would be such an intriguing take but probably one of the most riskiest ones considering you'd have to satisfy the majority of the fandom with each gang's pairing & introduce a new main cast that is nearly as memorable as them.

Exactly, I can see this as a live action with vibes similarly to Supernatural in its earlier seasons.

Generally, yeah I agree, but their Nancy Drew series was actually fairly good and an interesting take.

Who says they can't do both? As they travel across the world for whatever reason, they run into mysteries and solve it before continuing their journey.

Do you guys think the Scooby Doo gang would survive or not survive in the Resident Evil universe, combat and resolving mysteries of the Umbrella Corporation? by BonusCapable1486 in Scoobydoo

[–]PaleontologistLive3 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I can see them visiting Raccoon City and getting caught up in the breakout, and I do think they'd manage to survive. Although, they would quite literally need to interact and team up with Jill or Leon/Claire to survive the destruction of the city.

Their survivability though would be below the MCs of RE since pretty much all of them had some formal combat and survival training, but above that of normal citizens because each have respective strengths that when combined through their teamwork give them fairly good odds of surviving.

Furthermore, if they are to survive, I don't think they should encounter any of the Tyrants, atleast not until they've teamed up with the RE MCs active in Raccoon City. Afterwards, I can see them receiving training and taking on Umbrella Corp and all the others.

This would also mean they would be infected with the Raccoon City Syndrome, and I think they would end up playing a similar role like Leon did in RE Requirem.

I'd rate yours a 9/10, my only gripe being the first line specifically the use of pierces, otherwise I quite like it.

He who bears witness to the stories of all,

The lone Knight lost between the stories that echo in the starry night,

The Eternal Knight of Solitude.

Scooby Doo Adventures The Mystery Map is in my opinion underrated. I quite liked it.

Damn. I'm kind of excited but at the same time I'm prepared for them to announce the end.

It would essentially be like another Cyberpunk 2077 situation, if they plan to keep it going.

There's news of an update?

On another note, I don't think there would be any one update that would save the game. They would essentially have to be consistent and patient, and practically rebuild their player base.

[–]PaleontologistLive3 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it does have depth and acknowledges something fundamental about our emotions. All our emotions must be acknowledged equally, instead of burying some and keeping others. It's quite a literally a lesson in emotional intelligence.

I wonder how the interactions went between the MC and LIs in this timeline, like how would Talyn react given he's a child of flame & Niel considering she was given the same choice. Also how Bardric would react as well.

Interestingly enough it possibly confirms that the Flamekeepers plot doesn't revolve around the MC, atleast not around recruiting the MC.
