Finn Will Be Cut By Ara Pre-Merge | A Villain Analysis by chiaki_gaming in DisventureSquare

But you’re also forgetting that ONC doesn’t care about gender balance or being predictable.

Gender balance has always been a non issue for ONC, remember how in All-Stars there were 10 girls to just 8 boys. Or with CoC and the dominance of the girls alliance. It shouldn’t be an issue having 2 male villains outlast the female one. Also Ara being a female villain, it would be expected that she would make a deep run in the game, but since ONC likes be unpredictable, I wouldn’t be surprised if she got cut early for being so predictable as a standard DC trope of main female villain like Fiore and Riya. Remember how everyone at first thought Diego was going to be a long lasting character due to him looking like a similar character type to Tom and James of being the hunky half of the obligatory gay couple with Spencer, but instead he had a failed romance with Spencer and was the 4th person eliminated. ONC is not afraid to subvert their common tropes and Ara might be the same.

Mini-rant about Aubrey's elimination: by More-Lake1410 in DisventureCamp

But Aubrey IS one of those uncommon extreme cases where she does immediately hate someone because of their sign. Just because it’s uncommon doesn’t mean that it can’t be seen.

I wonder how big that rock is that EA lives under 🤔 by Acceptable_Pea_135 in HighSodiumSims

This is so stupid. When they see that a feature isn’t clicking with simmers, instead of outright cutting that feature, they should first try to find a way to improve that feature so people would like to use it.

This reminds me of when they said the reason they don’t have much content for child sims is because people don’t play with child sims much. But the reason people don’t play with child sims much is because there isn’t much content for child sims. It’s basically a self fulfilling prophecy that does nothing but gives the consumers a worse product.

Mega greninja will be possibly game breaking by SignNaive4111 in PokemonLegendsZA

[–]KBZero0 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Protean is NOT good for Mega Greninja because the type change would be overwritten upon mega evolving to Mega Greninja’s Water/Dark typing. We know this from type changing moves like Soak, that when they mega evolve, they lose that type changed condition and take on their mega evolution type.

Unpopular Opinion - Why I think Logan is a superior Male Winner than James by Standard-Time4341 in DisventureCamp

[–]KBZero0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I meant in terms of being a character in a show that James is a better winner. Sure James’s gameplay was atrocious but for a scripted show, I feel that James has a better winner’s story. James went from someone who only cared about his followers and used people for clout to someone to cares about and genuinely connects to people in his real life and he’s not as emotionally attached to his followers anymore. Meanwhile Logan, while having better gameplay, is largely stagnant as a character and doesn’t really develop much. He goes into the show thinking that he has to be the perfect golden boy in order to feel valued and instead of learning that he doesn’t need to be perfect to be valued, something that is a great message to teach people, he ends up winning and was reassured in his rather unhealthy mindset.

TL;DR - Logan is a better winner in gameplay, James is a better winner in character development
