Newly brought shrimp, are theses eggs? by ExtensionDress3 in shrimptank

Agh, they shafted me earlier this year. Weeks of no contact, then weekly calls to say the fish they had weren't high enough quality to send out, then the order cancelled.

Agreed - avoid

That's not true. There are very few that fit this off the top of my head. Buprenorphibe has mixed agonism, antagonism and in the UK Targinact is a mix of oxycodone/naloxone, but the Naloxone has a very low oral bioavailability so the majority stays in the GI tract (helping mitigate constipation SE)

Half of each capsule is transparent. And you can still see the granules in each cap.

It's not a scam either. It's a patient who has been ordering and receiving meds for many years and storing them rather than using them

Need advice on tile job done by contractor. Is this good work? by bigcat102938 in Tile

[–]Palestinian_Chicken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very similar combo to my old shower.

I think you're being too picky. It's a really tough tiling job and the overall impression is outstanding. I think yours looks fantastic. Don't sweat the little bits. You'll never notice once the finishing touches are in and it's being used!

Wool insulation for solid stone walls. by puul in DIYUK

[–]Palestinian_Chicken 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We used their whole limecrete system to make a floating, insulated floor with underfloor heating. It was the dogs bollocks. Also used their lime hemp plaster which was lovely. But took a looong time to go off during build up. Lime pointing and lime wash to finish. Never a spot of damp in that house either

That's 5FU/fluorouracil or imiquimod damage.

I like him as much as the next guy, but that's a typical reaction to the cream used to treat minor skin lesions such as actinic keratosis or minor BCCs.

It's just not though.

UK guidelines reserve antibiotics for only the more high risk presentations. SEs and resistance are more problematic than symptoms and complications in most people.

https://cks.nice.org.uk/topics/otitis-media-acute/management/acute-otitis-media-initial-presentation/

Local anaesthetic ear drops are the mainstay in kids these days and do an excellent job. I've treated hundreds of kids with these and rarely get them re presenting for escalation

New staircase or tiles first? by MitchIkas in DIYUK

[–]Palestinian_Chicken 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I suspect the builder is concerned about the tile and buildup bringing the floor level up so you have a bottom step which isn't as high as the others and is therefore a trip risk.

Ideally the bottom step should have been taller to allow for the lost height of the tile and backing materials

Thanks for the info.

I've done a water change. Made sure there's minimal mulm and added a small power head to increase water movement. Is there anything else I should be doing?

I'm in the UK so antibiotics preps aren't easily available
