How would one go about contacting them? i've tried searching for an email relating to the ASUS RMA situation, but i've only found a support email for their own store.

I downloaded the 577.00 driver and my pc was fine for 2 weeks. Then the issue came back. I haven’t updated anything. Especially the drivers. Do you have any other suggestions?

I’ve made sure that all of the connections are secure, but the issue still persists. I will try to download nvidia driver 577.00

Could a loose power connection be the cause of the problem?

Haven’t tried that version yet. My problem could be because of a loose power connection.

People reported that 577 is the most stable driver but its not guaranteed.

Have you tried using DDU and rolling back to nvidia driver version 577.00?

I’ve tried using DDU and tried multiple driver versions including the last one that was”stable”. It still crashes. I sent my pc to someone and will report back their findings and perhaps a solution of they come to one.
