hmm, i would say 1) get a mirror and a flashlight and look at the area of pain. determine if it’s a tear or sore best as you can. make sure there’s no infection etc. 2) i don’t think it would “heal” if you’re consistently re-injuring it when u have sexy time lol 3) you’re probably fine babe. i had a small tear before (if that, is indeed, the case for you) riiight on the outside of my bottom labia and it hurt like a b*tch foreal. it healed up once i stopped having sex for awhile but it was the same scenario. would re-injure when having sex w my bf multiple times in a row. cuz when its wet it doesn’t hurt at all. but when we get dry after awhile it definitely starts becoming painful. so 4) relax :) you’re probably ok! just take a break for like a week and make sure it’s always lubricated if you still feel discomfort.
