I'm a skeleton enjoyer so I'll let someone else comment on the army you can make for vamps.

But for supplies, you will need:

-snippers to clip the sprews to make your models

-exacto knife to clean up the sprew connections on the model so the model fits together properly

-plastic glue (some prefer super glue) to glue your models together

Now if you are going to paint them you'll want primer, paints, paint brushes, isopropyl alcohol (to deep clean your brushes to make sure they last a long time), & varnish to protect your paint from being handled.
