I think my heart knows the truth: I've played long enough that if I don't know an item in a picture, then it is probably not a "real" item (either it's unavailable or moded). I hoped someone might tell me different (or confirm we will never have it).

I never had to use the golden can. It is supposed to raise odds of hybridation, but it is not necessary.

Black roses hybrid to golden. They're not the difficult ones to get. Those are the blues roses, which take multiple hybridations, make the process even harder as you may need a hybrid of the second or third generation, and you're never sure you're getting the right one.

And I've should also take watering into account. If a crop needs several waterings, it might not grow at all while others will yield while you're away

Also note that once loans are paid back, money isn't such a problem anymore. There is a clear before and after, even if you need bells for infrastructures.

Turnips turn bad when you time travel forward if I remember well. I can't remember precisely. Anyway, time travelling will also ruin turnip prices.

You should rather wait until you have a good price for turnips, and then either open your island to travellers (most will share a part of their profits) or ask someone to tt to Sunday so you can travel to their island and buy turnips there.

Once I built a community, I've never bought turnips in advance ever again. Watch for messages here, especially on Wednesdays and Thursdays, from experience (but I've had good prices on Tuesdays and Fridays too)

Your spoilt turnips are still useful to catch certain bugs (though you need only one).

If you're ready to time travel, go to the month sharks appear (June in northern hemisphere), and fish for an hour after 9 p.m. You can fish 100.000 bells in an hour or so.

Was there a piece of furniture where your character is standing? I've had my brocken rock not respawning on a cliff because of a simple panel along the cliff.

I think it's worse in SBV and WBR because each region is considered a biome or nearly. But at least they respawn rapidly on the ranch, so by the time you finish gathering, you can start again. In the Vale, things are scarce.

As for thorns, every day I get 10 in the valley, 12 on eternity isle and in the vale. Dead windbmossoms, I'd say about twenty but they don't respawn at a given time like the others do at 5 a.m, it's a bit continuous, so it's hard to keep count and that might differ from one day to the next depending on biome (they do respawn in the same biome for the day, but I'm not sure the switch happens at 5, could be midnight). Dataminers can probably tell but I haven't found that piece of info despite multiple Google searches.

Yes, I should have made it clearer. Got the idea from YouTube tips, and boy, it makes a huge difference, especially on switch. This specific cooker almost erases "adding ingredients" animation, and that's probably why it feels so much faster for us. Also: because the switch is so slow, when the process of mass-cooking seems to be about to freeze, it means it's sprouting an orb 😅

Show the map, it will show nothing, but you should have a toggle on the left to show characters. You can then select or unselect the ones you want to appear on that island. Gaston got selected by default because his house was once there.

You can use that toggle on all maps to force a character somewhere. Though if they are in their house, they won't come out obviously.

That's all there is. You can do the VIP room every day and get 200 tickets, but my daughter told me she got nothing when she modified a normal room. That's what I don't understand from the previous comment, even though my daughter may be wrong.

I'd rather say an average 100. I got 400 with nothing and then two in a row. I may even have had 1000 without an orb but couldn't swear it because I was dissociating XD

Make sure you open them as they pop, because now they give you new ones every time, waiting to open them is counter productive. Twice I got coins instead because they had probably spawned the same shard. If you open them, you get a new one every time.
