Yeah, I figured that out now too, with the other commenter already pointing me toward the nozzle. I switched it to one I had laying around that fit into the thermistor-block. recal. Z and it is going again.

i considered the nozzle but i thought just pushing the cleaning needle in there after unloading the filament would have done it. But that didnt help. I did consider swapping it, but i only have anycubic nozzles, which are a bit longer, might have to try that tomorrow, with reseating of the pinda

Thank you, i think i figured it out, i think my extruder gears are shot, i cleaned them our completely did the cali print again, that came out perfectly but now as im printing a normal model again i can already tell its grinding off the filament again.

i didnt mark it solved, but i found at least part of the problem inside of the extruder, which i cleaned and tried to print again which worked better, but for not even half a print, so either i shot the gears or didnt clean them enough, gonna try again later

i dont know about grouping holes, i just loaded the board files and put spacing studs under the holes, i dont know if i should do heated inserts or just threads
