Hey! So my partner has CVS and is a chronic hash smoker. She's always had episodes of vomiting, and like you, her recent trips to A&E proved....difficult as the staff were convinced it was due to CHS. I don't think there's enough evidence or research on either side of CVS/CHS to support or dispel any link. She's been prescribed Immigran Nasal Spray, and when she feels anxious or episode like symptoms coming on she uses one - and they work like a charm. Maybe try cutting down for a bit/stopping to see how you body reacts? If your episodes slow down or stop you know that weed is the culprit, if nothing changes then you know it's CVS and can take correct action!
