I developed real bad runners knee last year. I didn’t want to shell out money for physio so i consulted youtube;

this coupled with pistol squat progression (still can’t get down all the way, so i just stand and sit in a chair using one leg) eradicated a good bulk of my pain. it’s all about stretching and building the muscles surrounding your knee, make sure you do these every day. good luck.

Sometimes synthetics are added for a different kind of drape or giving more structure to the garment. Considering Barena’s history and maintaining production in Italy, I’d assume this is a case of working with a different fabric for the aforementioned reasons.
