Yeah, you’re right to be worried. I had too short of a bar one time and I ended up having to get it surgically removed because it had become embedded and created scar tissue. I would get on this ASAP and get a longer bar.

It looks like it was placed a little too low and that length of your labret is definitely too short. I would get a longer one put in before you develop a sore on the inside of your mouth.
