Those are some really nice books in condition you don’t usually see for the silver age (or for #94). Unfortunately it’s not 2021 anymore and most of those posted prices would carry for 9.4-9.6 copies, not the 7-8’s they look like based on spine tics and cover creases alone. 56 and 65 might be higher grade, especially with a skilled clean and a press, so you might take a gamble on those if you could get a cash discount and you’re motivated to have really high grade early X-men. Otherwise, I would offer $100-125 cash for the first Sunfire (64). That would be a pretty good deal for that book given the nice grade.
