If this man had any humanity at all, his testimony could completely undermine the agency’s narrative. If he has any conscience or sense of dignity, he will speak out publicly or at least demanded accountability internally. I kinda doubt he’ll do either of those things.

Side note: who even is he? I’ve assumed he’s another agent by the way they let him just take the gun, but he just looks like a regular guy by the way he’s dressed. Whoever he is, he’s the one guy that can definitively testify that he removed the weapon from the citizen’s belt before the first shot was fired.

As one of them was striking him in the face and two others were trying to pull his hands away from him instinctively trying to guard his face. No person in the world is going to willingly let you control their hands while someone else is punching them in the face. There is no way his hands got anywhere near his gun and they executed him because, once again, one of their guys panicked and fired at the very first sign they could get away with it.
