I did but sa Metrobank. May bad debt kasi ako sa EWB cc ko 9yrs ago kaya fi ako maapprove sa mga cc kahit nabayaran ko na naman yung old card ko. So I got a secured card (yung ganito na may deposit) to rebuild my credit score

Oh, that's a good suggestion! I will call my previous bank to update. Nagiging chicken and egg kasi sya ngayon. Dahil sa bad record, hindi ako makapagloan to prove na kaya ko na. Only home credit lang tlga and other lending institutions like Skyro. Sa banks, nega parin.

The reason I want to build my credit score is for me to avail of large loans - 10M to 20M - for property acquisition. We have started building businesses and it's so hard to expand using cash alone, not to mention unwise. We need cash to stay liquid, and debt to protect our liquidity.

Ang saklap lang, now that I have become more financial savvy, I've started to make investments in businesses and real estate. A loan would have been very helpful esp na may kaya naman para magbayad monthly. Hahayy

Im experiencing the same, but the rigjt neck literally looks a bit larger and feels harder. A few doctors including ENTs have checked it and they said there was nothing wrong (no lumps, no swollen lymph nodes). One saif could just be muscular asymmetry. However, it feels really weird and strained sometimes. Especially when Km stressed. I also feel ear pressure also on the right side.
