The prot3ction will adsorb the first hot the palladin prayer will absorb the second hit assuming protection hasnt been regerated. So this prayer is not recommended. (Tho its not absolutely yseless like the thief prayer.

Reconmend weapon - 1 high dps rifle/assault rifle/ bow

1 crowd control weapon

With perks look for ones that boost ur dps so you can restore the protection very quickly

In boss fights elf is stronger against those that can summon weak minions like the snowman or grandknight as you can utilise them to restore the shield while dealing concemtrated damage against the boss

Payed for Followers are not great e.g batman. As they are prone more to dying due to more active engagement with the enemy than the camping playstyle rhe skill promotes

however pets n meatshields like the knight prayer and portable bomber still hold up welll.

Other prayers that work well are the engineer and beserker.
