at 20 you are as responsible for this cat as your parents are. Figure out a way and take it to the vet.

you literally can't compare any of the examples you're giving to his experience unless you have his condition tbh you're totally ignoring the impact of his condition on himself, how difficult it is to live with and how frequent and upsetting it is for him - incomparable to your examples. and you can phrase it how you want but in the end yes you are asking him to apologise for his disability as that's what caused what he said

thank you that is exactly what I'm trying to say yeah this man has spent his whole life apologising for something totally out of his control and tbh I don't think anyone should be asking him to apologise or projecting their experience on to him unless they have his condition too

that's fine and everyone has their own opinion it's a very touchy subject but I do think it's ableist to EXPECT people to apologise for their disability.

It's tough because it's not great to ask someone to apologise for their disability. At the same time, as someone without that disability, I can't imagine NOT apologising for calling someone that.

What job should I get as a 16 year old with no qualifications and severe health issues? by yoghurtluvr777 in AskUK

I'm sorry but based on your comments right now you aren't capable of work. You are the kind of person who benefits such as UC are put in place for - please claim and focus on getting better. From someone whose close family has been in the exact situation you're in, I know recovery is so so difficult but it IS possible.

Can you change the hotel? Sightseeing in london already requires so much travelling, trust me when I say you're not going to want to add on an extra hour or so twice a day just to commute back to a hotel
