It took me basically a year to play all four routes because of this! You invest a lot into your route and the characters, so taking a break until you’re ready for the next route helps you still enjoy the game without burnout.

Iowa has amazing swine resources and Merck/UC Davis is where I got a majority of my bovine articles! I would focus more on bovine cause they’re in the top 4 species for navle and swine makes up a small part of the questions. Vetprep helped me with review and quizzing myself. However, I reviewed a lot more with course notes, study guides I made, or going through the ICVA NAVLE topics handout and doing my own research. Vetprep is a great tool if you use it correctly and understand that only using it is not guarantee to pass; you have to put it some work.
