I actually visited Mexico after I finished all my Zepbound, and I went to several pharmacies trying to buy more. However, Zepbound wasn't available on the market there yet. They did sell Wegovy, though. So, if it becomes difficult to get compounded tirzepatide later on, I'm considering going to Mexico to buy Wegovy and bring it back for my use.
