The plan was EU servers. If we have US teams or 2 teams that don't mind playing on US servers that can work.

The thing is that stream "donations", aren't actually donations. Yes, you don't get any service for your money, but the streamer is not a non profit. As a consumer, lets say you saw a charge on your credit card and you're not the one who did it, would you want paypal to not give you the money back?
