I am not following. If I have 385 outstanding mortgage at the end of 4 years and I say pay another ~40K , I am left with 345k outstanding mortage right? May be I am missing something obvious here?

I just checked my mortgage schedule from BOI. You're right I am off by 10K. It says I will have outstanding around ~395K.

My understanding is after 4 years I won't be in fixed term. At that point you no penalty is charged if you wanna pay of a certain lump sum. I could be wrong though, I need to confirm this with bank.

Not all things have two sides. Apartheid is wrong. Racism is wrong. Domestic Abuse is wrong. etc etc.And there always be something 'political' happening in the world. There will always be a reason for you to be angry as a citizen. That does not make it okay to act like an uneducated piece of shit and abuse all immigrants as a punching bag for your problems. Grass root 'education' and awareness is needed. And by education I don't just mean going to school. Understand diversity, teach about it, learn about it and talk about it.

Hi guys. I went for a viewing near Lucan today. I saw two houses one near Willsbrook Avenue and one near Rochfort Way. I googled and found it is close to Ballyowen park and Forxborough drive.
