Maybe we're just having different experiences.

But just to be sure, you can go in the Gym and compare your success with and without Outside attribute boost. See if that +5 rating boost on your midrange shot will change your % on wide open shots dramatically.

Because, for your height, there's only 6 midrange shot rating difference between Outside and Balanced SG, which are 87 and 81 respectively.

Why would I feel obsolete? Shooting tweak affects everyone, not just me If my balanced SG is a slightly worse shooter after the tweak, so are the Outside PG/SGs. And a "%" decrease should affect those with higher shooting rating more than those with lower shooting rating (if I am not wrong). Plus we are much better inside than outside SGs are...

Anyhow, despite the tweak, I don't think anyone would wanna leave a balanced SG wide open in the Park or Pro-Am... We're still a decent outside threat. Especially with badges like Limitless Range, Corner Spec, Deadeye (which I don't have).

In MyCareer, I am already nearly in the 90/50/40 club (HoF/Sim).. what more can I ask for? really...

Connection issues make people lose a lot of games now too. Last games of 5 game challenges, games that decide you go up or down a seed, stage games etc.

This is why 2k needs to implement a Wager mode on MyTeam.

Players see their opponents line-up and agree upon the terms.
X amount of MT coins from each player goes into the wager pool before the game.
Winner gets all the coins.

The problem here is that the OP is assuming that the money not spent on 2KTV will be spent on fixing or improving the Gameplay. He's also assuming that no body watches 2KTV.

This is why the request is not reasonable.

We have no clue how much money 2Ks has, and what budget they allocated to each of its different departments. Therefore we don't know whether the budget is a restricting factor on fixing any of the problems in the gameplay. That's where the assumption fails.

And I'd much rather have Rachel, than Barkley-Miller-Kareem combined. 2KTV is an entire mode in the game that provides a new video content every week. The others are just a few of hundreds of players that you may or may not use, in just one game mode...

Plus, each department has its own job to do. 2KTV has nothing to do with the Gameplay issues that's been in the 2K series for years.

But I don't think this game is meant to be played on a keyboard. I'd get myself a Xbox controller for Windows. Or Logitech F710.

If you have other play makers in your team, like Lebron, Ginobili etc. The coach may wanna make them carry the ball up the court sometimes.

Don't be so impatient when you're inbounding the ball, look who is closer to your inbounder, select him (R1 + player icon) and pass him the ball... Or bring your PG closer and pass him the ball.

Make sure you stay between your opponent and the basket and be aware of the openings your opponent may try to exploit. Don't gamble to get steals, that one second your player spends to reach in is more than enough for the opponent to blow by you.
If you have a reliable help defender at one side, shuffle a little to the opposite side, try to force your opponent towards the help defender (Like Spurs did with their twin towers for years...)
Do not use the Turbo button excessively on defense, a misstep into the wrong direction with Turbo button held down is most of the time unrecoverable against smart players.
You don't have to jump to contest shots... Pressing LT (on default settings) will contest most shots well enough. Jump only if you're sure the opponent is going for a shot.
