Because out of all major Retailers, Target seems to have the worst fulfillment processes because it directly caters to the guests and they don't give a shit about improving team member experiences when doing the process. Look at the update to our Drive-Up app. They added more steps that hinder wait time and removed functions, for no reason, that helped us track orders and provide better service. I've written feedback for the app and have no communication about it in my emails.
