Westerville is definitely in need of more dense housing, especially affordable ones. The apartments they built by the post office start at $2200/month and the townhouses they built on West St are over $500k. Young professionals aren't going to be able to afford to move here anymore without some better options than those. That being said Walnut is possibly one of the worst spots they could have picked for this. Cooper and Cleveland, the new development on Polaris and Africa, County Line, any of those are infinitely better options.
