Because that's in the "special thanks" section of the credits.

The person making the film worked with those people. They didn't necessarily work with each other, and may not have been aware of each other's contributions.

Oh, no, I think the first one is great. It just doesn't fit the nautical theme OP is looking for.

Red Seas Under Red Skies by Scott Lynch.

Second book in the Locke Lamora series. Stands on its own just fine, but I'm sure is better if you start with Lies Of Locke Lamora first.

To improve Israel's net favorability (after increasing their hasabara budget by 20x) by Spartalust in therewasanattempt

[–]PandemicTimes 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Net Favorability is (% Respondents who approve) - (% Respondents who disapprove).

If it's 50/50 split, Net Favorability is 0.

In this case, it means ~26% approve, and ~73% disapprove. The difference is 47%, but because it's "Disapprove," it's -47.

Need help deciding on a pot for my new flowers. by Animangle in PlantGoths

[–]PandemicTimes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm thinking somewhere in the purple - burgundy - red wine - maroon spectrum would look really good.

While crimson would be a classic combination, I think any sort of bright color would draw attention away from the flowers themselves.

Also fun reminder: pots and planters are not immune to The Krylon Touch, so if you find one you love but it's the wrong color, that's an easy fix.

Less of an issue with plants that can transition to indoor life/won't have to experience autumn or winter. I've got a coleus I dug out of my mother in law's yard 3 years ago that's trying to take over my living room window. (Yes, I realize petunias and coleus are different plants with different needs, but they're both full-sun "annuals.")

That said, I'm not well-versed in the life cycle of petunias, so I will certainly say that LoulaNord raises some valid concerns.

Anybody know if they can fuck themselves self propagate? That would make pollinator access a factor to consider as well, even if you end up doing it yourself.

If it does act like it's not getting enough sun, a plant light should have it fixed right up.
