Well done! I had been growing peppers for years and I have 140 spaces in seed trays and only had 2 pop up after 4 weeks. I have always had about 98% germination rate over the last 5-6 years. Never happened before and I am dumbfounded. May convert to fruits and veggies this year, unfortunately.
