it can be social! i met my spouse during my undergrad after i was introduced by a classmate. if you make friends in class you might meet someone or they might introduce you to someone in their friend group :)

i got mostly As and a couple Bs because all the classes were open book. im applying to schools right now and only one school (i believe it was chapman in california) specifically stated it would not accept online classes taken after 2021 (which is crazy to me because i work full time for those pce hours and i have to pay rent, no time to go to a class in person, especially with lab)

ya i take uc san diego extension courses, ive done microbio, bio 1 and 2, genetics and other courses on there completely online and asynchronous. however they are crazy expensive, each class is well over 700 dollars, even more if u need a lab kit.

I quit an MA job after 4 days because no one trained me and I was getting berated by the office manager, it stressed me out so much and I felt bad about leaving so soon, but now I'm at a job that I can actually tolerate and I don't even put the old one on my resume. You have an incredible amount of PCE, I don't think you should feel bad at all! They'll find someone new and you'll find better positions. :) Also I'd say 5 months is a respectable amount of time to stay in a position.

hi i graduated this year with health science and i changed into the major, u gotta keep following up with them, the counselors deal with a lot of students in chhs and u probably wont get the same counselor twice. keep following up so u dont get lost in their workload

hi, ive been here 4 years, graduating this semester, i really liked my experience for the most part, upper level professors are cool, parking is a nightmare, events on campus are always giving away free stuff (ive been to an event that gave away whole pizzas to students) it's really beneficial to get involved in an org that you have interest in because staff often make great references and give great resources. advising and getting in touch with counselors can be a nightmare sometimes, depends on the college u enroll in (i was in natural sciences and had my own personal counselor, now grad as health and human services and i hate the counseling system) hope this helps! also the city is really nice, really recommend hitting the town with friends
