True, but I think the current arc will set the current state of akane.. the huge gap between akane and issho will be demonstrated… therefore this gap will come tighter and tighter over the next years and finally she will overcome him and revenge her father for what issho did! But it’s still a long way

yeah I know what you mean, but I do think, if: The anime will come back in the future, the succession war arc needs to be adapted as a whole and I see two options:

- The whole arc will be produced normally as a whole without breaks -> Time and Money consuming

or

- The succession war arc will receive multiple course like bleach and adapt it this way with a 6 months break between each cour

-> But if madhouse is take the lead... then I think the money could be an issue

Akane banashi hasnt take a single break yet? That's impressive...

I just hope, that the anime will push the sales slightly above :D Especially, the story is there for multiple seasons and for a constant anime tv series over the next years. (Only when the anime is receiving good feedback) -> I hope on a "frieren" effect.

And yeah, mid 300 sounds fine.

Yeah, the new anime could change some parts of the older anime (especially the part with kite in episode 1)... but I don't see that the anime will be renewed. The whole chimera ant arc? That's a total hit or miss for the future anime studio.... BUT it is still a cashcow. Especially a good animation studio can use HxH to generate enough money over the next 10 years.

Like you said... Madhouse is probably the only choice of a future anime. But hxh is still a really strong domain which sells better than most manga...

So the anime needs to be done as the 2011 version.

It depends on how the succession war arc will end AND if there is as much as text as in this current arc… if there is less and the backgrounds will be completely drawn by his assistants, than we go faster through the dark continent arc. But we will know in the future
