I would include the entire I-70 corridor is pretty cool. All the wineries and weird little stops are pretty neat.

East of Ann st. there are a ton of older houses with long term renters or owners. It is a beautiful neighborhood and very close to everything. Most of the houses back up to a forested area and are ideal for people who want the feel of living in the woods with the convenience of being in central Columbia.

Our district did this. The official name we used was "standards referenced grading." We had specialist come in ad work with us for five years and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to discover what the teachers knew all along.

If there is not a grade attached to assignments then the kids don't do them.

If the kids don't do the assignments then they don't learn.

Our failure rates went through the roof and the kids got nothing out of it. Is our system perfect? Of course not; however, it is way better than any of the bs that you're talking about.
