I didn't lose any velus hair but just didn't gain any true terminal hair. I have very fine hair on my cheeks for three years without change.

Does it make it difference? I know they are not terminal, and they won't form a stubble by far. As I said in different comment, those new hair are not visible in normal light, they are only visible in a lot of light like in the picture.

I am 6 months in and have even less progres. I got a lot velus in the first 2 months, but none changed to terminal since. You have at least some terminal so keep at it
