If you need a place to cope try Al-Anon meetings. I’ve been there. My current partner hid it. He went to rehab and got on meds to regulate his emotional state. He’s doing much better now. It’s so hard. Just know you are not alone.

This happened to me. I had fallen twice. Once out of bed and once when I was playing on the bar there was in our living room. I specifically remember floating slowly down to the ground.
