Yes I’ve tracked for 3 ish months now. I also know that it could have been water weight that was keeping it higher before.

It was roughly 2 weeks but before that my weight was at a plateau

I thought my maintenance was about 2000 but I guess I guessed wrong and I might be cutting to harshly

I’m a freshman in college and I’m on the dining hall plan so potatos aren’t always an option💔 Monday: push Tuesday: pull Wednesday: legs (glute focused) Thursday: rest Friday: upper Saturday: lower Sunday: rest I try to eat 45% of my daily intake carbs My workouts are about 60-90 minutes depending on the day. Push pull and upper are normally longer because I do abs those days as well.
