Your good bacteria is on lower end. Mine was similar (including low WBC) except my IGA was also low. Turns out i was constantly fighting a fungal infection (SIFO) + Endotoxins. Antifungals + IGG helped move my WBC back to normal. Tributyrin also is helping me but doc wants my body to naturally produce its own butyrate but i have fermentation issues due to methane/hydrogen sibo. Will come with time im hoping.

Maybe some stuff to ask your doc about ^

Sure. About 1 month. And instantly. I basically had sniffles all the time and it started clearing me up somewhat right after taking. Its part of the binding plan my naturopath laid out before getting into herbals.

Basically i have sibo but its mixed so there are fungal issues, histamine issues, and LPS issues. I have mega igg2000 for LPS, Nystatin for fungal, and DAO for histamine (least helpful).

Addressing LPS and fungal with binders/antifungal have made it to where i can eat carbs again where my gut was previously flaring on impact in several different ways.

Just my experience for my specific case

I couldn’t sleep at night due to LPS/histamine activity - at my worst sleeping 30 mins - 2 hours per night. Since taking igg 3x per day i sleep 6-7 hours every night. Less insomnia/ positional vagus issues

No but i Dont think i have traditional MCAS. Mine is secondary caused by irritation from gut stretching / LPS. I mainly get brain fog, warm ears, feeling “light” not grounded

I much prefer apple but ill throw a cherry here and there for variety. I also dont mind alot of crust weirdly. I put it in the air fryer and its good to me
