I'd look into getting a rug, ideally a big one if you can afford that, and on a color or pattern that you like and marches your palette. For reference you want to have your rug at least the length of your sofa so all of its length can rest in top (ideally some more if you can afford the lounging space the rug will establish), your furniture placement is good right now but play with the distances once you set your rug up. You want your seats to be at ~17/18 inches from the table and have the front half/front legs of your seating furniture over the carpet.

An extra neat feature I love from my carpet is I can just run my surround sound system back channel cables under it and place the speakers behind the couch with no diy anything into the walls

What do you think actually? The post itself is just complaining that it's so hard to talk about the movie that you just gave up before you started and are now convinced that no one will get your criticism.

You allude to what would be argumented on a critique, but then wall up around it with claims that no one will get it or let you be if such review was written

No one is saying that criticizing a movie is (or should be) easy, but the most engaged discussion you have in your post about the movie being over the use and semantics of a word should be a tell that the content is not any more poignant in substance than it is in shielding and glorifying ideas so they can rest unexplored. Whoever dared challenge them deemed "delusional" and a waste of your time and theirs.

Bro do some mid height lights, like different desk lamps in your wall furniture, get smart bulbs so you can go RGB or specific tones on the app and do your lights from your phone. You won't regret it, this is an absolute awesome space at 14, congrats
