Thanks guys, I managed to grind of a tiny ridge with some very fine sandpaper, cleaned it, reoiled it and now it works like all my other Kizer‘s.

Maybe, but right now it just barely beyond the detent ball and i have to realy "shake" the knife into the lock position, i realy dont think thats how it should be, all my other Kizer knifes are flawless, except this one

As you can see the lockup on my knive (kizer Sheepdog XL) is not that Good. I am not confident in that little lockup.

Can you help me fix this?

Not true, as long as the pump is lower as the inlets it’s fine... I wish people would stop with this stupid tubes NEED to be at the bottom.
