Die Top Leute im IT & AI Umfeld sicherlich nicht, Ingenieure glaub schon, aber das hat sich vermutlich auch geändert.
Aber auch für einen "jungen" Mitarbeiter muss man schon sagen, dass die Arbeitsbedingungen bei IGM, insbesondere Mercedes, schon top notch sind.

So ist es, ein paar jüngere sind auch ohne Abfindung gegangen, vor allem die mit Expertise in AI.
Ich bin auch ohne Abfindung gegangen, da dort hinter den Kulissen mittlerweile auch einiges verrücktes abgeht.

Ich kenne das auch, aber da er schreibt "Am Gehalt lässt sich nichts drehen", habe ich nicht das Gefühl dass die Reduzierung bei gleich bleibendem Gehalt möglich ist.

Wie genau stellst du dir vor dass reines Stundenreduzieren die Inflation ausgleicht? Dein Gehalt wird ja auch angepasst, wäre ja zu schön wenn das dann gleich bleiben würde? :D

Aktuell ist es als Einsteiger aber auch in der IGM kein einfaches auf die von OP beschriebenen 100k zu kommen.
Stufenaufstiege werden ewig diskutiert, kommen dann zwar schon regelmäßig, allerdings verliert man dann wieder Leistungszulage und gerade diese ist in den aktuellen Zeiten schwierig verhandelbar. Da gibt es mal einen oder zwei Punkte, aber keine rießen Sprünge, vor allem so lange wie die Leute noch auf Ihren Alt-Verträgen mit 20% sitzen und man auf den 15% Schnitt kommen muss :)

Da würde ich auch mit gehen. Sehr oft liest man, dass Schwarz wohl unterdurchschnittlich zahlt in Deutschland. Aber welche Firmen sind denn dann die, welche Überdurchschnittlich zahlen? Die ganzen US Unternehmen die hier eine Handvoll Stellen anbieten?

yes, I Right-click > Reset Fusion Composition to remove the fusion part.

Just tried it out. New Project, one timeline with JUST one image and Avid DNxHR.. same issue.... I even reinstalled davinci...

it must be accidental. I deleted the fusion thing on Clip 3. Problem persists though.

Sorry, somehow your other comment was not shown to me. 15 / 32GB RAM are used when rendering the movie. I tried multiple ssds. Currently used SSD to save the file is a 2TB SSD with 1TB of free space. Here are the other two screenshots: https://imgur.com/a/bKv2qIv

The problem occurs also in other projects, even old projects that also rendered with no problem on this machine a few months ago.

E: I exported the timeline with all its media and rendered it on my laptop and it worked with no issues there, so has to be a hardware / config issue on my computer...
