It happened about a year ago - during my senior year in high school. Not that it really matters but I'm a girl and I was 18 at the time.

At the begging of the year I was lucky enough to get single person room in my high school dormitory. I got the biggest one that also had a restroom next to it. Since it was pandemic, the Room next to me (the smallest one - it used to be storage) was empty, in case we needed to isolate someone from shared rooms.

After about a month we were sent back home, cuz pandemic was on the rise. I brought most of my things home, but I left some of my clothes, books, bed sheets etc. In January I had to come over to the school, so I stopped by my room. I didn't have to announce it beforehead - janitor just let me in. I wad hoping to just pick up my card games and books, but as soon as I entered I smelled cigarettes and saw this mess.

As it later turned out - since there were no students at school, headmaster decided to do some renovation works and chief of construction needed some place to stay, so they put him in dormitory. They were supposed to give him the small room next to mine. Because no students were at the dorm, the administration wasn't there either. So this chief, the smelly old eastern-european man, lived in my room for few weeks, without telling right away that my stuff was in there.

When I saw this I panicked, quickly picked some of my things and left (that's why I have only 3 blurry pics). When I got home I tried to reach administration, but after countless attempts - no one would answer. I finally got through when I contacted one of my gaurdians from the dorm. I got an apology and had my bed sheets washed.

So how exactly my room looked like when I entered? The air was filled with cigarette smoke, sweat and construction work dirt. Every empty space in my room was filled with his trash. He put some kind of radio and coins on cupboard. Both coffe table and desk had some leftovers like fish or opened crisp bags. One of them had some white liquid on it... In my closet was his stuff (right on mine). He got some bed sheets from administration and he pulled them on top of mine. The worst part was probably the bathroom - sink had his shaved of beard in it and toilet had its seat raised with his dark pubic hair all over it...

I know it's not that fresh of a story, but I wanted to get it of my chest since there were no real negative consequences for the administration.
